• Recordings: We aim to provide a video recording via email for personal reference, but this is not guaranteed due to potential technical issues. If a recording fails, we may offer a written summary. Recordings are for personal, non-commercial use only and must not be redistributed.
• Respectful Interaction: You agree to interact respectfully with readers during sessions. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour may lead to session termination without refund. Readers are also expected to maintain professional conduct.
