REFUND POLICY

At Palm Insights, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your experience. Our goal is to provide insights that resonate with you — but we also understand that sometimes things don’t align as expected. That’s why we offer a 30-day refund policy for your peace of mind.
Eligibility For Refund
- You may request a refund within 30 days of your original payment date if you’re not fully satisfied with your palm reading or astro forecast.
- Refund requests made within the first 24 hours after payment will receive a full refund without any deductions.
- Refund requests made after 24 hours may incur a transaction fee (up to 10%) to cover payment processing costs.
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable, as these are charged by the payment provider and not returned to us, even when a refund is issued.
Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Approved
- Refund Requests made after 30 days from the date of successful payment.
- If you have demonstrated abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward any of our staff members, your refund request will be denied.
- Purchases made using gift cards are not eligible for refunds. In such cases, the best we can offer is rescheduling your reading, provided the reading hasn’t already been delivered.
- If you’ve received a refund in the past, future readings won’t be eligible for a refund under this policy.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be provided under specific circumstances, such as:
- If you have purchased an add-on service and it hasn’t been delivered.
- If you are dissatisfied specifically with an add-on service received.
Missed Sessions
1. Missed Appointment by You: If you miss your scheduled appointment without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance:
- You will be eligible for a refund of 50% of your original payment amount minus the 10% transaction fee.
- In rare circumstances, such as unavoidable emergencies beyond your control, we may, at our sole discretion, offer to reschedule the reading without penalty. Please contact us to explain the situation.
2. Missed Appointment by Us: If we ever miss a scheduled appointment on our end, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. You’ll have two options:
- A full refund of your payment, minus the 10% transaction fee.
- Reschedule your reading, and we’ll double the original session time — completely free — as a gesture of goodwill.
Resolving Issues and Disputes
We kindly ask you to first contact our customer support team at support@palminsights.com with your concerns or dissatisfaction. We’re committed to resolving your concerns promptly and amicably.
If you file a dispute directly with your payment provider or processor, we will no longer be able to issue refunds directly. In these cases, refunds become the responsibility of the payment processor.
How To Request A Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@palminsights.com with the following information:
- Your full name.
- Your email address.
- Payment amount.
- Payment method.
- Order details.
While explaining your reason for requesting a refund is optional, any feedback you provide helps us improve our services.
Refund Processing Time
- Once we receive your refund request, we’ll review it based on our policy within 5 to 7 business days.
- Once your refund is approved, we usually process it within 72 hours and send the amount back to your original payment method.
- Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take up to 14 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
- If there are any unexpected delays on our end or beyond our control, we’ll make sure to keep you informed.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, and any changes will take effect as soon as they’re posted on our website. We encourage you to check this page occasionally so you’re always up to date.
