What information do I need to provide for my reading?
All you need to do is send us your date of birth along with clear and sharp images of your palm.
Don’t worry if you’re not sure how to take the perfect photo.
We’ll send you easy, step-by-step instructions in your welcome email to make the process a breeze.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can conveniently pay using all major credit and debit cards through Paypal & Stripe.
If you prefer another payment method, simply reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Do you have a refund policy?
At Palm Insights, our top priority is ensuring that you’re completely satisfied with your palm reading session.
We take a great deal of care to provide accurate and insightful readings that can help guide you on your journey.
However, we understand that you may have concerns about whether or not the session meets your expectations.
That’s why we offer a no-questions-asked refund policy within 30 days of your session. If you’re not completely satisfied with your reading, simply let us know, and we’ll be happy to issue you a refund.

Will I get a recording of my online session?
Absolutely! We’ll provide you with an online recording of your Zoom session, so you can easily refer back to it whenever you need to.
This way, you can rest assured that you won’t miss any important details and can fully focus on the live session without feeling overwhelmed.
Is it safe to share personal information during my reading?
We recognize that it’s totally natural to feel concerned about privacy and sharing personal information.
That’s why we go above and beyond to ensure your readings are kept safe, secure, private-and most importantly, confidential.
You will never be forced to reveal anything personal that you’re not comfortable sharing.

Can I get a palm reading for someone else?
We take privacy concerns very seriously. As a result, we currently only offer palm readings for the person who will be receiving the reading.
We do not provide readings for third parties unless we receive express consent from the person in question.
